Welcome to Lance Cornelius State Farm agency here in Shenandoah IA! Summer Back-to-school season is one of the busiest times of the year, and it's a great reminder to make sure your insurance is keeping up with life's changes. From new drivers and growing families to a recent home purchase or move, we're here to help you stay protected every step of the way. Auto insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Renters Insurance, Business Insurance, Boat Insurance, Motorcycle Insurance and Pet Insurance.

Our office has over 26 years combined Insurance and Financial Services experience Serving our customers in Southwest Iowa, Northwest Missouri, and Nebraska. We have built our customer base one great household at a time and enjoy working with them each day! Our office is located in Shenandoah Iowa but we are right on the Page County and Fremont County line so we get to serve all the neighboring communities like Farragut, Sidney, Hamburg and Tabor as well as Essex, Clarinda, Coin, College Springs, Northboro, Stanton, Malvern and Tarkio.

You will often see Abby, Kim and I out at community events this summer in Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska. We enjoy staying involved in local organizations like Shenandoah Chamber and Industry Association, Clarinda Chamber, May Mentoring, Iowa Cattlemen, Iowa Corn Growers Association, Shenandoah Educational Foundation, Wounded Warriors in Action Foundation and you might even bump into us at a Charity Golf Tournament.

I was raised on a Family Farm in Northwest Missouri which I still stay involved in which has provided me with good insight with Farm Insurance & Business Insurance. Professionally, I am proud to carry the designation of ChFC to better help my customers each day when recommending life insurance plans.

My team and I are excited and ready to help our customers with everything from new auto insurance quotes to better understanding their home and business insurance.
